At Gateway House, we provide homes for recovering women & their children. 

Each of our homes offers: 

  • Well-maintained, comfortable living in a safe neighborhood

  • Affordable rental rates (30% of market value) 

  • Community structure, support & accountability 

  • Easy access to Southern Hills Church & recovery programming

  • Security & stability for the entire family

  • All DHS housing requirements for reunification

Funded solely by donations, we purchase, renovate & maintain homes in safe Tulsa neighborhoods.

  • PURCHASING HOMES

    We purchase homes in safe Tulsa neighborhoods, then provide them to Inside Out Re-Entry Services at approximately 30% of average local rental costs.

  • RENOVATIONS

    Our experienced, volunteer builders renovate our homes to ensure they are safe, comfortable and meet all DHS housing requirements for family reunification.

  • MAINTENANCE

    From painting to repairs, we provide ongoing maintenance to make sure every home we own is well-maintained for safety and longevity.

Gateway House is a faith-based organization led entirely by volunteers with decades of experience in building, real estate and re-entry/recovery ministry.

We have no paid employees or administrative expenses, so 100% of donations go directly to our ministry. 

Since 2014, we have:

  • Purchased and fully paid off 6 Tulsa homes

  • Funded the ongoing maintenance of our homes (approx. $60,000/year)

  • Provided housing to approximately 100 women participating in Inside Out Re-Entry Services 

  • Helped reunite over 150 children with their mothers
